Hi, Welcome to Frox! 👋

This is our friendly, no-nonsense agreement between you and the Frox team. By downloading, opening, or using Frox (our fun collage & creative tool), you're agreeing to the terms laid out below. We kept it simple, no confusing jargon we promise!

First thing first: you don't need to create an account or log in to use 100% of Frox's core features. We built it that way so you can jump straight into creating without any extra steps.

What You Can Do With Frox

Make as many collages, visual compositions, and designs as you want, using all our built-in templates, stickers, text tools, and canvas controls
Use our AI features (Mood Forge text-to-image, Fragment Expand image extension) for any personal or commercial creative projects
Export your finished artwork in high resolution to your device, photo library, or share directly to any social platform you like
Customize every part of your creations however you want, there's no limit to what you can make!
Give us feedback, suggest features, or report bugs whenever you want - we love hearing from you

What We Do For You

Keep all Frox features running smoothly, and regularly roll out new sticker packs, template collections, and AI feature updates for free
Never access or store the photos, designs, or files you have saved on your device unless you explicitly choose to upload them to our AI tools for generation/expansion
Delete any content you submit to our AI tools immediately after your request is processed - we don't keep copies of your inputs or generated outputs on our servers
Never show you annoying full-screen pop-up ads that interrupt your creative flow

What We Ask You Not To Do

Use Frox to create content that harms, bullies, or violates the rights of other people, including sharing copyrighted material you don't own permission to use
Try to break, hack, or reverse engineer the Frox app, or scrape our entire template/sticker library to redistribute them on other platforms
Use our AI tools to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content. You're fully in control of the prompts you input, so please use this feature responsibly!
Pretend that any official Frox templates, stickers, or built-in assets are your own original work if you're redistributing them on their own (your finished creations that include these assets are totally yours though!)

Quick Notes About Features

All AI generated content is created based on the prompts and inputs you provide, so you're fully responsible for how you use that content. We don't claim ownership over any of the creations you make using Frox - everything you make is 100% yours to use however you want.

We don't store copies of your exported artwork, so make sure you save your finished pieces to your device before closing the app if you want to keep them! We recommend saving drafts regularly as you work too.
