At Frox (Fragment Box), we’re just as passionate about protecting your creative privacy as we are about helping you make stunning collages. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our collage maker platform, including all features related to photo layering, text and sticker editing, template customization, AI-powered tools, and artwork export.

Information We Collect

Content You Provide Directly

Photos, images, and visual assets you upload to the Frox canvas for editing, layering, or AI processing
Text inputs you add to your collages, plus text prompts you submit for the Mood Forge text-to-image generation feature
Custom edits you make to templates, stickers, layers, and other design elements
Account information (if you choose to create a Frox account) including your display name and contact email

Automatically Collected Information

Device technical information (operating system version, device model, screen resolution) to optimize app performance for your setup
Usage data: which templates, sticker collections (geometric, nature, decoration), and features (including Mood Forge and Fragment Expand) you interact with, to help us improve our creative offerings
Crash logs and error reports to fix bugs and ensure stable operation of the platform

How We Use Your Information

We only use your information to deliver and improve the Frox creative experience, including:

Processing your uploaded assets to enable layering, scaling, rotation, and other core collage editing functions
Running your text prompts and source images through our AI models to deliver Mood Forge text-to-image outputs and Fragment Expand intelligent image extension results
Saving your in-progress projects if you opt for cloud backup, and enabling high-resolution export of your finished artwork to your device photo library
Curating new sticker collections, template designs, and AI feature updates based on user usage patterns and feedback
Preventing fraudulent activity, abuse, and security breaches on the platform

Important note: We will never use your personal creative content, AI prompts, or uploaded images to train our AI models unless you explicitly opt in to contribute anonymous content for product improvement.

Feature-Specific Privacy Disclosures

Local Editing Workflows

If you only use Frox for offline, local collage creation without accessing AI features or cloud backup, 100% of your creative content remains stored only on your personal device and we never receive or access any of your photos, edits, or finished artwork.

AI Features (Mood Forge & Fragment Expand)

All text prompts and source images you submit for AI processing are temporarily cached on our secure servers only to generate your requested output. These inputs are automatically deleted from our systems within 72 hours of generation completion, unless you choose to save the output to your cloud projects.

Sticker & Template Libraries

Your use of our pre-built sticker collections and professionally designed templates does not share any of your personal creative content with other users or third parties. We only track anonymous aggregate usage metrics to decide which new design assets to add to future updates.

Artwork Export

When you request to export your finished collage to your device photo library, we only request write access to your storage to save your Frox artwork. We never access, read, or collect any other photos or files stored on your device outside of the content you intentionally upload to the Frox canvas.

Information Sharing & Disclosure

We will never sell, rent, or lease your personal information or creative content to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. We only share your information in the following limited cases:

With trusted service providers who help us operate Frox, including cloud hosting providers and AI computing infrastructure partners. All partners are bound by strict privacy agreements and may only use your information to deliver services to us, not for their own purposes.
When required by applicable legal rules, regulations, or enforceable governmental requests, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Frox, our users, and the general public.
If you explicitly choose to share your finished artwork to public platforms or Frox community features, any content you choose to share will be visible to other users as per your selected sharing settings.

Your Control Over Your Information

As a Frox user, you have the right to:

Access, review, and edit any account information you have provided to us
Delete any of your cloud-saved projects or account data at any time, with immediate permanent removal from our systems
Opt out of anonymous usage data collection in your app settings at any time
Request a downloadable copy of all personal data and creative content we hold associated with your account
Withdraw your consent to our data practices at any time by uninstalling Frox from your device.

Data Security & Policy Updates

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While no digital security system is completely impenetrable, we continuously update our safeguards to keep your creative content as safe as possible.

We may update this privacy policy periodically to reflect changes to our features or operational practices. We will notify all users of material changes via in-app notification at least 30 days before the updated policy takes effect. Your continued use of Frox after the effective date of the updated policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
